When someone dials the emergency medical hotline, the Aid Angel H34L will swiftly rush to the scene—ignoring traffic jams and roadblocks—and provide emergency treatment regardless of the identity of the person in need, protecting them from further harm and preventing violent incidents from escalating.
This has also become a beautiful sight in District 28, echoing the original intention of establishing the district—to protect anyone who comes to District 28—although this intention has gradually dissipated. Because of this, many foreign visitors linger nearby to take pictures and capture the moment.
