Asgard Shields, named for their modular shield-linking design, are broadly applied along the border defense network of Asgard. Standard configurations include a set of 4 shields that form the foundation of defenses with equipment such as guns, ground spikes, and tank traps. The shields include connective devices on all sides that can be used to link with mobile fortresses are are the most basic element of “”fortress systems””. The 3 classic formations include:

【灰熊守衛軍團 奧斯加方盾】

泛用防禦工事奧斯加方盾，廣泛運用於奧斯加大陸的邊境防禦網，其模組化的造型有如一面面的方盾，故稱「奧斯加方盾」。常規配置為四面一組，並且搭配多種槍械、地刺、坦克陷阱構成最基礎的防禦工事。方盾四周有多種連結裝置，可與各種裝備與巨石城塔互相連接，為「城塞系統」中最基本的元素。最經典陣形有3種: 雙倍火力、黃金三角、鋼鐵四重奏。

【ウルサスガード軍団 アスガルドシールド】

アスガルドシールドの汎用防御工事は、アスガルド大陸の辺境防御網構築のために幅広く行われている。そのモジュール化した造型はまるで一面が大きな盾のようであることが「アスガルドシールド」の名前の由来だ。常に四隅に1チームを配置し、銃火器、スティンガースパイク、タンクトラップなどさまざまな武装を構成する最も基礎的な防御工事である。シールドの四隅は様々な連結装置を搭載し、各種武装およびストーンヘンジと互いに連結可能である故、「城塞システム」における最も基本的な要素となっている。陣形はダブルパワー、ゴールデントライアングル、スティールカルテットの3種類が常用されている。
