同樣以幻古核心為動力來源，維克王國的「幻古巨人」重視人形泛用性，而卡斯坦共和國版本的「幻古巨人」城牆巨人，是做為「機動要塞」的存在。 為了急起直追在幻古巨人領域上的落後，卡斯坦共和制定了掠奪幻古遺跡的「鷹血法案」。該法案由裁判官納西瑟斯主持，可以調度精銳部隊和最先進技術供法案執行。前期資源集中的目標，便是打造一座幻古巨人，以掃除追尋幻古遺跡道路上的一切障礙。其成果便是完成了戰略兵器－城牆巨人。 由於是坐陣「鷹血法案」打擊群的中心，其概念並非重建太古的巨靈，而是將其建造成「機動要塞」。為了增強戰術彈性，賦予了機動要塞變化成類人型態的模式。 這座機動要塞除了能夠利用魄磁場效應，完成高速變形，在人形格鬥模式和城牆護壁模式轉換外。更搭載了強大的攻守機能。與冰霜巨人手持兵器不同，城牆巨人掛載了更多內嵌和固定武裝。肩設砲塔提供速射火力，能夠在戰場上釋放火網，提供打擊火力，若遭到近身，手臂上固定的三樁臂刀，在充能後能輕易在格鬥戰中撕裂對手。並且能夠隨時變型成城牆模式，無效化敵方的攻擊。

While the Kingdom of Veck places great importance on the versatility of the human form in an Arche-Ymirus mech, the Republic of Karsten’s version of a fortification-type Arche-Ymirus mech, the Rampart Titan, is a mobile fortress.
To catch up in the Arche-Ymirus mech arms race, the Republic of Karsten enacted the “Eagle’s Blood Act” to plunder Arche ruins. The act is executed by the Magistrate Narcissus who can deploy elite forces and state-of-the-art technology. The goal was to amass resources early to build an Arche-Ymirus mech in order to remove all obstacles on the path of pursuing the Arche ruins. The result was the completion of the strategic weapon, the Rampart Titan.
As the nucleus of the “Eagle’s Blood Act” strike group, the idea was not to rebuild Ymirus but to construct them as “mobile fortresses.” To enhance tactical flexibility, this mobile fortress is equipped with the ability to transform into humanoid form.
In addition to being able to utilize the Aetheromagnetic field effect for a rapid switch between humanoid combat and fortification defense modes, this mobile fortress is equipped with powerful offensive and defensive capabilities. Unlike Frost Light, which wields handheld weapons, Rampart Titans make use of embedded and fixed armaments. Shoulder-mounted turrets provide rapid-fire capabilities and release a barrage of fire on the battlefield. In close combat, the triple armblades, once charged, can tear through opponents with ease. Furthermore, they can switch into fortification mode at any time to neutralize enemy attacks.

同じく幻古コアを動力源とするが、ベック王国の「幻古巨人(アーク・イミルズ)」が重視するのは人型での多用性で、カルステン共和国の「幻古巨人(アーク・イミルズ)」城壁巨人は「機動要塞」的な存在です。
幻古巨人開発での遅れを速く埋めるように、カルステン共和は幻古遺跡を略奪するための「鷹の血法案」を制定しました。その法案の担当者は裁判官ナルシセウスで、彼は法案遂行のため、エリート部隊と最新技術を調達できます。最初の資源集める目的はつまり幻古巨人を作ることで幻古遺跡の追跡を阻む障害物をすべて取り除きます。その成果は戦略用兵器城壁巨人を完成しました。
「鷹の血法案」の攻撃グループの中心を鎮座するので、イメージ的には太古の巨霊を再現することではなく、「機動要塞」として建てられました。戦術の柔軟性を高めるため、その機動要塞を人間モドキに変形させることも可能にしました。
この機動要塞は魄磁場効果を利用して高速変形し、人型の戦闘モードと城壁での防御モードの転換ができます。そのうえ、巨大の攻撃と防御機能が載せています。氷の巨人は手で武器を持つが、城壁巨人は組み込み式と固定式武器を持っています。肩に付けられた砲塔は早撃ち能力を持って、戦場ですぐ攻撃の戦力を釈放します。近接格闘になると、腕に固定された三頭アームブレードがチャージされたことで簡単に戦闘相手を切り裂くことができます。そのうえ、いつでも城壁モードに変形して、相手の攻撃を消します。
