Though the E-11a managed to escape, the NextServe company had already found a different business opportunity. They captured Neo and Cipher – the modder duo who transformed 2EU5 – and compelled them to contribute to the development project of the combat transport spacecraft for the District 28 military and NextServe company. Although the spaceship successfully landed and underwent mass production, its AI system failed to deliver expected results. As a result, the military specially invited Ignes Fatui engineers to take over the follow-up debugging.
Ignes Fatui engineers discovered through the video of 2EU5’s escape that the new spacecraft’s ability to make evasive maneuvers was limited by its pilot. As a result, they switched to a neuron connection system to wire up pilots in order to better control the spacecraft; with a successful design finally on hand, they designated the new spaceship model the Per2eu5. However, despite pilots going through rigorous training, even the most talented individuals would end up enduring damaging whiplash. Therefore, instead of wasting time on training, Cloned Energy Mass (CEM) robotic pilots are used and have proved to have a much higher synchronization rate. The military in District 28, satisfied with the Per2eu5 spacecraft and its robotic pilots, now has the capability to establish an interstellar transport fleet, eliminating the need to pay exorbitant fees to interstellar freight companies.

伊格尼斯法圖伊工程師通過宙斯逃脫的錄像發現，相比宙斯敏捷的規避機動能力，新飛船性能發揮應該受到了駕駛方式的限制。於是他們改用神經元連接系統來連接駕駛員，果然能更好地控制飛船。可人類即便天賦再高、訓練得再好，身體也會承受相當大的反噬，並且考核的通過率低、訓練耗費時間長。經過反覆試驗發現克隆能量體機械士兵作為駕駛員最為合適，並且有著更高的同步率。調試成功的飛船被命名為「珀爾宙斯」，28區軍方對其非常滿意，這樣他們就有了組建跨星際運輸船隊的能力，不需要再向星際貨運公司支付高額費用。
