Order Policy & Delivery
1.All orders are shipped by registered mail ONLY.
2. PIA-CLUB ship worldwide
We only provide Air Mail Small Packet, Air Mail Parcel and EMS.
2.1 Estimated shipping time:
2.1.1 Air Mail Parcel:2-5weeks.
2.1.2 Air Mail Small Packet: 5 weeks.
2.1.3 EMS: 7-14 working days.
2.2 Since the shipping time is subject to various situation such as customs inspection time, Post office Peak period, distance from the destination. The estimate shipping time is for reference only
3.All orders will not be shipped before the payment procedure is completed.

4.Paypal Unconfirmed address.
4.1 Paypal is able to confirm the address that the address is located in USA, Canada, UK and any other countries.
4.2 If paypal unconfirmed the address, PIA-CLUB will automatically cancelled your orders.
5. We only ship to addresses show on corresponding paypal invoice and address.
6.All orders are declared at Full value on the shipping invoice unless otherwise requested by the customers. PIA-CLUB is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or any fees charged by your local government.
7.PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for any loses/damage during shipping process.
8.1 In stock items orders addresses update must be done within 6 hours after the order is paid.
8.2 PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of address update.
9.Items cannot be added to orders one the order is placed.
1.Only Paypal payment is accepted.
2.In stock items orders must be paid within 12 hours.
If the payment is not completed , the system will automatically cancelled your order.
3.All payment is considered complete after paypal confirmation. I.e. Echeck clear.
4.1 In stock items orders Cancellation must be done within 6 hours after the order is paid.
4.2 PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of cancellation.
5.Payment refund upon customer’s request.
5.1 Full refund can only be done within 60 days after the order is placed.
5.2 Paypal fee might be charged by paypal for any refund after the period mentioned in Payment Policy.4.1.
5.3 Payment will be refunded to your paypal account linked to the order only. Any request for refund to other paypal account will not be considered.
6.Payment refund upon other reasons.
6.1 Items within the order cannot be located.
6.1.1 In some cases, one or more items in an order may not be located in our warehouse. In this case, customer can choose to:

1.Return policy refers to any parcels or items return to us.
2.Return due to post office delivery failure.
2.1 This include and is not limited to:
2.1.1 Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2.1.2 Customs inspection failure.
2.1.3 Customers failed to retrieve the parcel.
2.2 PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for return and forward shipping cost.
2.3 Customers can choose between the following options:
2.3.1 Resend the parcel. The customer is responsible for both return and forward shipping cost.
2.3.2 Do not resend the parcel. The customer will receive a refund of the product price after deducting the returned shipping cost.
3.Return due to PIA-CLUB administration mistake.
3.1 Please email to email@example.com. Order no. must be provided. Additional photos may be required by case.
3.2 This include:
3.2.1 Incorrect address printed on the parcel.
3.2.2 Incorrect item shipped to the customer.
3.3 PIA-CLUB will be responsible for the return and forward shipping.
4.Defective item policy.
4.1 Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org Order no. and photos of the defective must be provided.
4.2 If replacement parts can be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
4.2.1 Ship the parts individually. PIA-CLUB reserve the right to collect shipping cost for parts.
4.2.2 Ship the parts with upcoming orders. No extra shipping cost will be charged.
4.3 If replacement part cannot be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
4.3.1 Accept the item at a certain discount price.
4.3.2 Return the item. The item price will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned item. PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
4.3.3 Return the item. A new item will be shipped to the customer. PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for the return and forward shipping cost.
4.3.4 Except the damage and parts missing, we don’t provide the service for applying replacement parts.
4.3.5. Defect handling:
Ø Please offer the photos for parts missing or damage.
Ø We accept the claim case within 6 months after delivery date.
Ø It is depend on the manufacturer to decide whether to apply for a supplement
Ø Handling time will take 2~3 months.
Item Box Policy
PIA-CLUB concerns about the needs of Collector’s Grade Boxes from customers.
We always provide the boxes with our best possible option.
We will email to customers for any damaged boxes before shipping for confirmation.
However, we cannot 100% guarantee that no damage or dent is done during shipping.
PIA-CLUB will not be responsible for forward and return shipping cost if any items is returned due to damaged boxes.
Customs & Tax / Fees to Import
When you pressing “confirm order” and ordering from Pia-club.com, you are considered to accept the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance must be borne by you. At the same time, you must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items and custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Pia-club.com has no control over these charges and is without any responsibility for the ordered goods importing to your country.
If you have not been able to commit this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to PIA-CLUB, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded to you.
