Luggans

The veneer of civilization is thin, and all great cities eventually crumble to dust. Having witnessed the horrific destruction of their hometown, the Luggans forever distrust the false security of settled civilization. Eschewing the post-nuclear havens such as Agurts and Omanga, they wander the Gray Zones in gritty self-reliance.

The Luggans generally do not mix with the motley masses of the Gray Zones, who regard them as cold and calculating. They are excellent hunters who turn dangerous and exotic wildlife into prized delicacies. Their offal recipes are renowned even beyond the Gray Zones.

Despite their poor reputation, the Luggans are undeniably the best wilderness guides of the Acid Rain Era. Those without national armies or corporate mercenaries to rely on seek their help to transport goods across the inhospitable Gray Zones.

盧格人

文明的外表如同蟬翼般薄且脆弱，很多大城市最終都只剩下滿目滄夷。目睹了家鄉慘遭毀滅，盧格人不再相信定居文明帶來的虛假安全感，他們避開像亞格斯、奧曼加這樣的後核時代避風港，選擇留在戈雷區游蕩，自力更生。

即便是在魚龍混雜的戈雷區長期生活的人，也不敢輕易接近盧格人，他們性格冷酷狡猾、錙銖必較。最大的喜好就是食用一類生腌烹制內髒的傳承菜肴，這種美食即便在戈雷區以外都廣受好評。盧格人同時也是優秀的獵手，日常樂趣就是獵殺野生動物，甚至偷獵土鬼馴養的咕嘰，時常會與土鬼爆發小規模衝突。

縱然他們名聲並不好，但不可否認他們是最好的荒野引路人之一，很多沒有企業或者國家依靠的個體，進行陸路運輸時會選擇和他們合作。
